How JOJO’s HUB collects, uses and protects your information.

Who we are

JOJO’s HUB is a printing, digital services and e-commerce business at Prime University, Kuje, Abuja. Contact for privacy questions: jojoshub01@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Your name and WhatsApp number (to process and update you about your order).
  • Your email, only if you give it (for receipts and updates).
  • Delivery location, only for delivery orders.
  • Documents you upload, only to fulfil your order.
  • Details you write in service requests.

What we never collect

We never ask for or store your passwords, OTP codes or PINs for any portal (including JAMB) or email account. We do not store card details: online card payments are handled by the payment provider (Paystack), not by this website.

How we protect your documents

Uploaded files are stored privately. They are not publicly accessible and only authorised JOJO’s HUB staff can open them. Original paper documents left in our photocopy basket are handled only by staff and returned with your order.

How long we keep things

Customer files are deleted automatically 30 days after the order or request is completed or cancelled, and uploads that were never used in an order are deleted after 24 hours. Staff can delete a file sooner on request — message us on WhatsApp with your reference.

Order records (name, phone, items, amounts) are kept for business and accounting purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

Who we share with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with service providers that help us run the website (hosting, payment processing, email). When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email.
